If I am unsuccessful on the boards, I would like to end my relationship with Hurst Review Services and receive my money back for having taken the class. I understand that I will be refunded my money except for a $75 administration fee. To receive the refund, I will need to return my student book; including the CD and DVD, with a copy of my candidate report and the postmarked envelope that my results were sent in, to the Hurst office within 2 weeks of receiving notification of board results.
